• Kai Nakamura — Founder & Creative Director. Kai is the visionary who started funproject.top with a simple belief: that every project deserves to be fun and meaningful. With over 12 years of experience in digital design and brand strategy, he leads the creative direction and ensures every deliverable reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Leilani Reyes — Lead Developer & Technical Architect. Leilani is the code whisperer. She specializes in building scalable, user-friendly web applications and loves turning complex requirements into elegant, performant solutions. Her attention to detail and patience with debugging are legendary.
• Makoa Smith — UX/UI Designer. Makoa brings empathy and aesthetics together. He designs interfaces that are not only beautiful but also intuitive and accessible. His favorite question is, "How will this make the user feel?"
• Sophia Chen — Project Manager & Client Success Lead. Sophia keeps everything on track and everyone in sync. She is the calm, organized force who ensures deadlines are met, communication flows smoothly, and our clients always feel heard and valued.
